I was walking through Chelsea Market on January 2, and I saw this lovely loaf from Amy’s Bread in the window of their new demo kitchen. What a great to bite into the New Year, right?!
Amy’s has moved their production to Long Island City and opened an even larger and lovelier space inside Chelsea Market. You must stop by and try one of the gooiest sticky buns in the city.
Congratulations to Amy Scherber and her ever awesome team! I’ll be ordering my pink birthday cake in March, as usual.
