It’s Cherry Season!
Have you tried the cherries this season? They’re epic. And I have a good feeling about the peaches and tomatoes this year. I had my first peach this week from Sycamore Farm, and it was sweet, juicy, and delicious, as were their tomatoes (only not as sweet). I love peach pie, but I always eat all the peaches before James can get them into a pie…
We’re having pretty great weather this weekend, which is good because it’s National Ice Cream Day (as if every day isn’t Ice Cream Day)! The markets are celebrating ice cream all weekend. It’s also the weekend we celebrate New York as the City of Water with loads of events along the rivers and in the harbor.
